STRANGE Band Parent Poem

Synthetic Elastomer

Oh, light amber bale,
Translucent silent polyisobutylene,
Who can see your like and not be changed?
New risen sunlight refracts through thee,
White vapor wisps caress thy hexahedral form at a winter's dawn,
Elastomer.
Fine high Mooney Elastomer.
Baled and wrapped and boxed and palletized Elastomer.
Stands monolithic before us.
